The Law Corner is a unique event.

On 15 December 2017, the Registry of the Commercial Court of Bobigny, a member of the GIE Infogreffe, jointly organised with several Legal Tech companies and partner lawyers, a business creation session for innovators and project carriers from the Seine Saint-Denis.

The aim of the event was to enable them to set up their business in one morning. The acceleration of the process was made possible by a set of legal and technological services made available to the participants.

 They left with :

  • the certificate of deposit of share capital ;
  • their SIRET number and their registration number;
  • their articles of association and partnership agreements ;
  • the protection of their intangible assets and the management of in-kind contributions to the company.

@AboutInnovFR: The morning was full of warm encounters with future entrepreneurs: Fatoumata, Sara, Hakim, Nabil, Coumba, etc. and with great projects in Fintech, the social economy and the energy transition.
The participants were able to protect their creations thanks to About Innovation, and create their statutes thanks to Legal Start. The experience was therefore very qualitative.

Jean-François Doucède: "I am very happy to have launched the first French Law Corner at the Bobigny commercial court registry, member of GIE Infogreffe. Thank you to Legal Tech: About Innovation, Legal Start, and to the Bobigny Bar Association for their strong involvement in helping young entrepreneurs in Seine Saint-Denis. Next time, we will involve fintech to promote access to credit and financing for VSEs and SMEs!

While the Law Corner provides information and a complete legal course in a short time, the event's challenges go beyond that.

The creators of the Law Corner wish to make concrete proposals to the State to improve the digital public services provided to businesses. They also want to experiment with access to law by bringing together professionals in the sector (court clerks, lawyers) and legal innovation experts (LegalTech players).

Legal Tech Project Manager, Alice coordinates the work of the legal teams and the developers. Upstream, she carries out the conceptualization ("mock-ups") of the online legal platforms developed by Seraphin.
