The CEO of Seraphin.legal was invited to give feedback on the Legal Open Data movement in France, which is emerging in Belgium and on which the Flemish Bar is working.
During his presentation, he developed his vision of the collaborative lawyer, able to renew his offer to better respond to the needs of the collaborative economy and to participate in the governance of the different legal commons of his specialities, via different components of Open Law such as Legal Open Source, Open Contract and Open Doctrine. In conclusion, Professor Christophe Dubois, who is currently initiating a research programme on the digitisation of law and legal work between the Faculty of Social Sciences and the Faculty of Law of Liège, presented his summary of the profound transformations encountered by law at the beginning of the 21st century.
