The CODA firm is a general law firm offering its services in the Doubs and Jura regions. They deal in particular with family law and meet with many parents in situations of separation outside marriage.

The challenge: Simplifying a painful process

CODA wanted to be innovative and offer its clients an online legal service. The objective was to offer accessible and quick answers to unmarried parents going through a separation and looking for solutions to organise their future life with their children. The online platform makes the law more accessible for families who would not necessarily have come to a law firm and therefore would not have been able to secure their situation legally.

The solution: An empathetic platform for a reassuring experience

Seraphin.legal worked with CODA to develop an intuitive platform offering legal assistance services that promote peace between separated parents. The emphasis was placed on a streamlined graphic charter and a user path aimed at reassuring parents.

The Plume by Coda platform allows unmarried parents going through a separation to generate tailor-made legal documents to plan the future life of their children. The solution takes into account all the specificities of the parents' and children's situation to come up with a solution adapted to the family's needs.

Thanks to the Seraphin Assistant technologywe have been able to set up an intuitive and dynamic interface to involve the user in the creation of his file. The whole form takes into account the user's choices to generate a complete and tailor-made legal document.
