A user is a person logging in to the software with a login and password. Therefore, people invited by email to collaborate in the drafting of a contract and who do not need to use any other functionality than accessing this contract are not considered as users.

If you already have a subscription to an online signature tool (Docusign, Yousign, Lex Persona, etc.), we suggest you simply connect it to our software. You will not have to modify your subscription with your online signature provider.
