The WebOcentre Hackathon is part of the implementation of the strategy for an inclusive digital world. At the start of the 2019 school year, each territory will have to be able to deploy digital support and training courses in line with local needs, everywhere and for everyone.
On 9 October 2018, at the initiative of the RECIA Public Interest Group (GIP) of the Centre-Val de Loire region, Mourad Bennaceur brought together the network of digital mediators and WebOcentre multimedia facilitators at the CRIJ Centre-Val de Loire. The Seraphin.legal teams were present for the event and provided training for the participants.
At the beginning of the morning, the participants were grouped into workshops. Four thematic workshops were proposed for this event:
- eAdministration / eService tutorial creation workshop
Objective: To identify existing solutions for carrying out online procedures and to transcribe them in the form of tutorials. - Mapping workshop: the commons for shared mapping solutions
Objective: To create solutions to promote the visibility and valorization of support structures thanks to a national referencing carried out by means of a mutualized cartography. The participants contributed to the national address base for the data of the Digital Public Spaces (publication on http://data.gouv.fr) - Workshop for the creation of a Chatbot "LegalBox Espaces Publics Numériques" (EPN) :
the EPN legal access commons
Objective: Create a virtual assistant to answer legal questions. Using the Seraphin Assistant technology and the DroitsQuotidiens.fr platform, the digital mediators were able to create a "Legalbox" answering identified legal issues, in particular compliance with the RGPD. - Workshop for the creation of a reference framework of competences: the common goods of EPN certification and training
Objective: To establish an inventory of existing certifications and training to become a digital mediator. The participants worked on a use case based on the certification of skills concerning the management of users' personal data.
