The PACTE law aims to provide French entrepreneurs with better support to facilitate the development of their projects. In line with this, Infogreffe and Seraphin.legal are launching on November 15, in partnership with the best solutions referenced and labeled on the LegalTech.store, a series of professional meetings in the heart of commercial courts with legal experts, lawyers and Legal Tech experts.
The aim? To offer very concrete and personalised support to entrepreneurs. In Lille, Le Havre and Paris on 15, 22 and 27 November, Infogreffe is relying on the territorial network of commercial court clerks to put its legal and digital expertise at the service of entrepreneurs.

An enriched legal service to assist entrepreneurs in their endeavours
In order to meet a concrete need for individual support and advice, Infogreffe, in collaboration with Seraphin.legal, is opening enhanced legal hotlines, allowing entrepreneurs and business leaders to exchange with court clerks, legal professionals and Legal Tech.

Thanks to these individual face-to-face meetings in specially designed spaces, entrepreneurs and managers will be able to discover digital services adapted to their needs and be guided step-by-step in their day-to-day procedures:
- legal information centre with lawyers and/or legal clinic
- creating their digital identity on MyIdenum
- creation of a company and registration in the commercial register
- identification of public aids, their data and their obligations based on their SIRET
- creation of a contract library to ensure the day-to-day management and business development of his company
- generation of tailor-made and dematerialised contracts
- assessment of the financial health of the company and its partners, etc.
This initiative was born from an observation: legal and administrative procedures represent a considerable part of the activity of entrepreneurs (approximately 50% of their time, to the detriment of business), who for the most part do not have recourse to a lawyer or an expert in figures, particularly in the start-up phases of their project.
The Law Corners thus aim to meet entrepreneurs in the territories, in order to accompany them in the advent of their project and to facilitate the daily management of their company, thanks to digital solutions developed by the clerks of the commercial courts and Legal Tech actors.
A physical and digital pathway to ensure increased access to the law
The Law Corners bring together the best of Legal Tech around the clerks of the commercial courts to offer entrepreneurs services adapted to their needs as well as direct access to legal, accounting and digital professionals.
With the launch of these meeting cycles, Infogreffe confirms its innovative strength by presenting its latest digital services for company founders, such as the free and secure digital identity service Monidenum or the Digital Court, which allows companies to bring their cases before the commercial court directly online.

On the Seraphin side, this partnership allows us to promote the work we have been doing for several months in animating the Legal Tech Lawyer and Census network and in labeling the "best of Legaltech" on the Legaltech.store.
As a reminder, in order to be listed and obtain the labl, the Legal Techs must respect 10 criteria (based on the most common selection criteria for legal departments) and be evaluated by one of the qualified personalities of the Legal Tech Lawyer board
